Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Our Commitment
WordCombi is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard cited by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. courts when evaluating accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This is an ongoing effort, and we test and improve the site as we go.
Features We Support
- Keyboard navigation — we aim for every tool and link to be reachable and usable with the keyboard alone.
- Visible focus states so keyboard users can see where they are.
- Color contrast chosen with WCAG 2.1 AA contrast targets in mind, though this has not been independently verified.
- Descriptive labels and headings, including labeled form fields.
- Alt text on meaningful images, with decorative icons marked and hidden from screen readers.
- Text that can be resized using browser zoom without breaking layout.
- A family-friendly content filter that keeps results suitable for all ages.
These are our own good-faith assessments of the current site, not a certification. We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit, and no third party has verified conformance. If you hit a barrier we have missed, tell us and we will treat it as a priority — that report is worth more to us than any checklist.
Known Limitations
Our word tools run entirely in the browser and require JavaScript. While we strive for full accessibility, we may have undiscovered issues on some older browsers or assistive devices. If you find something we missed, please tell us — we treat accessibility feedback as a priority and work to fix reported issues as quickly as we can.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work on current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Report an Accessibility Issue
If you have trouble using any part of this site, please contact us at info@wordcombi.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line and a description of the issue and the page. We will respond and work to resolve it, and we aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
Third-Party Content
Some pages link to third-party sites, and third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) may be displayed in future. We cannot control the accessibility of third-party content, but we encourage those providers to deliver accessible, inclusive experiences.
This statement describes our good-faith accessibility effort and is not a guarantee or legal admission. For the legal terms governing use of this site, see our Terms of Use and Legal Disclosure.
